I contacted Artisan Exteriors PNW after asking neighbors for recommendations. Artisan was one of two companies that I intended to get bids from. Company #2 paid me a visit and we discussed the job. He asked me for a week's time to send me the quote. After a week and a half, I texted asking when I should expect the quote. He then asked me for an additional week...never heard back from that company! Artisan's workmanship, customer service and communication are stellar. We got our bid within 48 hours and the work was somehow started AND completed a week later! Our second story deck extension with a privacy wall and stairs addition is better than we imagined. Artisan Exteriors PNW did a teardown and rebuild of our second-story deck, which was old and becoming unsafe. In addition to that, they built us a new first-story deck. They were professional and fairly priced, and the project was completed in the timeframe they gave us. The work site was cleaned up after each day and upon completion of the project. The new decks are absolutely beautiful and well built. We will definitely use this company again!
